Mt Martha Retirement Village comprising an existing 90 bed Nursing Home and 34 room Hostel. A brand new Club House with its own outdoor bowling green and 59 brand new independent living units of 2 and 3 bedrooms. Access is available to adjoining Aerobics Centre, including an indoor pool and gym equipment. Adjoining the rear of the village is a recreational park which is currently being upgraded by the local shire into walking tracks, play grounds, feature gardens and picnic area. The first units are occupied and the rest are selling now.
