The privately owned Carrum Downs Retirement Village for the 55+ comprises of 92 independent living units. Two and three bedroom units are available; all have garages with doors operated by remote control, and direct access to the unit.
All units have a call system linked to the onsite nursing home to ensure immediate nursing care in case of emergency.
Everyone is welcome to join the registered social club, run by the residents. The large Community Centre offers billiards, indoor bowls, library, bar, large screen HD TV with Foxtel and DVD’s as well as a computer and gym equipment. Communal dining is available as well as frequent BBQ’s. It also has an extensive library.
A large park and wetlands is accessible from the village through a private gate for recreation.
